After the Zoho CRM Advanced Online Admin training, we will keep you informed of changes and improvements in Zoho CRM. You are invited to annual update meetings, so that you always stay up-to-date.

  • Can I reschedule the training if I am unable to attend?

    Yes, you can reschedule your registration if you cancel at least 24 hours before the training. You can then simply participate in the next training.

  • Are the training courses also given on location?

    If you want to have training on location, this is also possible. Send us a message with a request for this.

  • Are the training sessions recorded?

    Yes, you will receive a recording of the training afterwards so that you can watch it again at a later time.

  • If we take multiple training courses, is there a discount?

    If you participate in the training with 3 or more people, you will receive a discount.

  • Can I follow the advanced training without having followed the basic training?

    That is possible, but no topics from the basic training will be covered, so we always advise you to follow both training courses to ensure that you have all the knowledge.
